Obituary for Tobi G Frank (Grossman)
Tobi Frank(nee Grossman) passed away suddenly on Sunday, September 2,2023.
Tobi was the beloved wife of Arthur Frank, the loving mother of Marc (Ali) Frank, and dear sister of Helene (Hal) Cohen and sister-in- law to Alice (Larry) Dasenbrock.. She was the devoted grandmother of Zachary and Gabriel Frank. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews whom she was very close to.
Everyone who knew Tobi adored her. She recently moved to Margate, New Jersey full time and immersed herself in all the activities the shore had to offer. She will be terribly missed by all who knew her. Relatives and friends are invited to Shirat Hayam Synagogue, Ventnor, New Jersey on Tuesday ,September 5th at 10:00 am.
