Obituary for Norman Elliot Lehrer
A husband, father, grandfather, sibling, and lawyer, Norman Elliott Lehrer passed away August 26th, 2023 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was down the shore in the home that he loved, surrounded by family and friends.
Zayde spent his childhood in Philadelphia and Rhode Island, and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and the George Washington University Law School. After a short stint at The United States Patent and Trademark Office, he transitioned to private practice where he served his community for over 45 years.
Always ready with a joke, he will be remembered for his infectious sense of humor and the warmth and love he brought to everyone around him.
Norman is survived by his high school sweetheart and wife, Helena; his children, Michael and Joshua; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Talia, and Raina; and his sister Donna.
