Obituary for Lynne B Wexler (Margolis)
Lynne Eunice Wexler (Margolis), age 89, passed away on July 19th after a lengthy illness.
Lynne was born in Atlantic City NJ on February 11th, 1934, to Ben Margolis and Mary (Mitzi) Wolin. Lynne and her bother Joe Margolis moved back to Philadelphia and were raised in the West Oak Lane neighborhood in Philadelphia.
Lynne married Phillip Wexler (died 2006) on September 8th, 1957, she is survived by her two children. Amy Wexler (Jerry) Engle and her grandchildren Isabella, Ethan and Adeline. Mitch Wexler and his daughters and grandchildren. Lynne was predeceased by her grandson Benjamin Wexler.
Lynne was a proofreader for Prudential Insurance Company in Willow Grove PA and enjoyed spending weekends at their happy place at their home in Ventnor, NJ.
After retiring, Phil and Lynne split their time between Ventnor NJ and Bay Harbor Island, FL.
Lynne was an avid reader and took great pleasure in needlework of all kinds. Lynne was a gentle and kind soul who loved, more than anything, spending time with her family.
