Obituary for Leonore Frankel (Barone)

Mrs. Leonore Frankel passed away peacefully in her sleep September 13 at Brandall Estates.
She was born in Philadelphia and was a Northeast Philly girl.

She was an avid dancer, especially Flamenco and performed regularly. During the second world war she was active in the USO and traveled with her troupe to entertain the soldiers. She performed at Carnegie Hall.
At a young age she met her soulmate and was married to Howard for 66 years until his passing. As the matriarch of the Frankel clan she built a wonderful loving family who will miss her dearly.

She is survived by her three children Victor (Deanna), Rhonda, and Lorie (Paul), her grandchildren Samantha, Carly, Sean, Evan, Ian, Lance, Andrew and Aliya, and her great grandchildren Harper, Thea, Max, Ari, Kaleb and Elijah.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Graveside Service, Sunday September 17, 2023, 2:30pm, Beth Kehillah Cemetery, Egg Harbor Township, NJ
