Obituary for Joan E. Cutler (Karsevar)
Joan Ellen Cutler, 81 of Atlantic City and Ventnor, passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2021.
Born in Atlantic City on July 20, 1939 to Nathan and Hanna Karsevar, Joan is survived by her loving husband of fifty years, Paul; sons Steven and Robert; younger sister Mona; younger brother Michael; granddaughters Jamey and Amber; as well as many other nieces, nephews, and cousins who were very special to her. Joan was predeceased by her three brothers, Harvey, Sonny, and Jay; and her son, Neal.
Joan was fond of crocheting and contributed her lap blankets to every charitable institution in the area, specifically elder care facilities. As a parent and spouse, family was paramount to her. In later years, Joan enjoyed canasta and mahjong with friends at the Margate pavilion.
Graveside services will be held privately at Beth Israel Cemetery, Egg Harbor Township.
