January 14th, 2022, of Newtown, PA, formerly of Northeast Philly, PA. Predeceased by his beloved wife Susan. Father of Michelle (Alan) Dorfman and Linda Rackover. Adored grandfather of Mallory Dorfman and Lauren Dorfman. Carl was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Along with his wife, they were the definition of a Mom & Pop business, owning and operating a hardware business for many years together. Later, Carl served the community when he took over his wife's post as a crossing guard for Council Rock schools along with his loyal dog Cooper. Family and friends are invited to a graveside service on Tuesday, January 18th, at 1:30 PM at Shalom Memorial Park. Due to risks of COVID, there will not be a Shiva. Donations in Carl's memory can be made to JDRF, Greater Del Val Chapter, 555 Croton Rd Suite 111, King of Prussia PA or the Alzheimer's Association.
